Microcoat is based on a specially selected Low Density Polyethylene Polymer offering maximum processing efficiency and coverage for any method of dipcoating. A full colour range and a selection of finishes are available.

Microcoat D has been developed to give our customers maximum efficiency and coverage regardless of the method used, be it a hi-tec factory or a garage!. Thermoplastic based coatings forms a protective and decorative surface on a wide range of metal objects, and offer a high degree of anti-corrosion properties. An extensive colour range is available which includes metallic and glitter finishes, and we will colour match to suit your requirements. Microcoat H is a high density Polyethylene coating powder developed for more demanding applications where improved hardness, chemical and heat resistance are required.

Nylons. These coatings are based on Vestosint Nylon 12 and provide above average physical properties including high impact strength, surface hardness, resistance to chemicals, stress cracking and abrasion.
